So here's the challenge.

You must:

  1. Exercise for 14 days straight. This doesn't mean heavy exercise for 14 days straight. You need to exercise for atleast 5 days a week and you get 2 active rest days a week. An active rest day is like going on a walk for a while, or a light hike (some light cardio). The 5 days that you will workout, make sure you hit your limits on these days, even if it's uncomfortable.
  2. No instant gratification. This includes things like anime, manga, porn, social media, pointless YouTube videos(think Mr. Beast style videos).
  3. No sugar & you must eat clean, no ultra processed or packaged food allowed (other than supplements), if you need to eat it for religious reasons and NOT because you want to, make sure to mention it.
  4. You must do something that sucks everyday. Just because you might be confused on this, you either gotta: Cold shower, cold approach a girl, do a workout you hate, fast for an entire day(good for rest days), or whatever you can think of that would benefit you. You can't repeat one task more than 2 times, don't make it too repetitive.
  5. You must mention your most important task of the day a night before your day starts, this could be any task for you. You need to share the proof that you actually did that task in the discord server.
  6. You must learn all the benefits of these during the challenge. This will create a positive reinforcement loop, where you are seeing the benefits in real time. Of course, learn other things that are in your interest to build the habit of being a life long learner.
