You guys may or may not know this but actually training hard 7 days a week can actually hinder your gains.
So what will we do if I want you to exercise for 14 days straight?
Build the habit of exercising hard at least 4-5 days a week, while having what I call “active rest days.” Or mini workouts.
These active rest days can be extremely light exercise like walking, doing crawls on the ground, maybe doing 1 set of pushups for 10 reps. Whatever.
This way, we are technically exercising everyday.
Grab your current problem, and instead of slacking on your rest days, go for a walk and get that sun.
